I’ve arranged to speak to Bruce Friedrich for the podcast I co-host, at some point in early November. Bruce is co-founder and executive director of The Good Food Institute. GFI promotes alternatives to animal food products through research, grantmaking, legal advocacy, organising conferences, and more. Bruce is also a TED fellow, a frequent public speaker, and a Y Combinator alum.
