As the Head of Finance, you will:
Ensure financial compliance and integrity across the US, UK, and Netherlands
Oversee all accounting operations and provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions
Develop budgeting and forecasting processes
Formalize and improve our financial systems, controls, and policies
We’re looking for an experienced finance leader who values transparency and impact with 7+ years of finance experience, 3+ years managing teams, and a CPA or a master’s degree in a relevant field. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and report to the Head of Business Operations.
