I think it’s pretty important that we don’t get too anchored on a specific set of 3-4 cause areas, and I think it’s also important that people feel there are other things to do even if they’re not well placed to work on those 3-4 cause areas. I think this piece makes these sorts of general points well and is the best collection of other plausible-seeming things to explore.
