Nirva Patel on the Ahimsa philosophy, producing films promoting veganism, and animal law at Harvard

Nirva Patel currently serves as the Executive Director of the Harvard Animal Law and Policy Program. She’s an animal rights campaigner and animal policy researcher who’s worked in both the US and India. She was an executive producer of the Netflix original documentaries ‘The Game Changers’, ‘Meat Me Halfway’, and ‘The End of Medicine’. Nirva served on the Board of ‘Farm Sanctuary’ (America’s first shelter for farmed animals) and even the ‘International Vegan Film Festival’.
