I’m afraid I don’t know, but this could be a good follow-up post. (I project it to be a 20-40 hour task, so I’d probably look for funding first).
I remember reading a Times article about cultivated meat that mentioned that someone’s pet cat took well to it, which they took as a positive sign, but I can’t find the quote now.
