You mention that you’ve been working for 10+ years, and a lot of this seems like it could potentially be a good fit then, but that it might not be as relevant/applicable to someone freshly graduated like me (for example, I don’t think a wish list would get me very far at the moment).

The wishlist works well for people who already know a bit about what they like doing and have some experience of doing something, that’s true. One thing you could do is start building your wishlist. Maybe you could put what work you enjoyed at university/school, any particular projects that you found fun, and what you definitely didn’t enjoy. The purpose of the wishlist is not just to get attention but also get input into what roles might be suitable, and that’s relevant to you especially because you’re starting out.
