Good points, but for that to happen, I think, we now need a good bit of cultural change. I think a long term plan, or set of alternative plans from which to choose, to get there would help give us direction. Not a grand idea, but a set of ideas that we can all agree meet our values, and a set of steps to make that happen over a finite number of years.
