I’m a systems architect specializing in quickly evolving systems—messy composites of components, changing needs, and feedback loops. Over more than a decade, I’ve led architecture and engineering across startups and larger orgs, including building the fintech platform and team as CTO, owning security as CISO, and driving an evidence-based security-first engineering culture.

With aintelope, I’m bringing this experience to the study of AI safety in real-world systems, where we reverse-engineer the motivations of human and multi-agent systems. The goal is to build systems that are pro-social and human-aligned not only by dsign but by the dynamics of their creation.
