I am an independent researcher interested in AI safety, AI governance, and runtime oversight. My current work focuses on the Signal-Time-Authority (STA) framework, a pre-commitment controllability lens for asking when AI oversight is still control-relevant before harmful actions become committed.
My background includes a B.A. in English, and I am currently developing public research notes, toy simulations, and explanatory materials around runtime AI oversight, authority governors, tool-use agents, output release gates, and physical AI safe-stop systems.
Thanks for reading. I would especially welcome feedback on whether the authority-assignment framing is useful for practical AI safety evaluation, red-team design, or incident analysis. I am not claiming empirical validation here; the next step would be a small benchmark pilot.
