My name is Chioma Madelin Ikpeamaeze from Nigeria.
My question goes this way.
I have been searching for job for years now. It seems like all the opportunities available requires AI knowledge. Why can’t companies hire people and train them , for people who are trainable in using AI tools for that specific job?
Secondly, I have 5 years of experience working with humanitarian organizations , under a program( National Home Grown School feeding as a food vendor, feeding Nursery and Primary school pupils ) in my Country. Since the program ended I have been applying for job but to no avail.I have 2 years of customer service experience , right now , I want to transit to customer service representatives, is there any AI tool related courses used in customer service I can learn ?
