I feel like I came off the wrong way. I meant to imply that I see a lot of charities or charity incubators trying to solve issues, but the impact is very limited and I just see small charities popping up here and there, each trying to do something without systemically solving the issue. I may be wrong though.

Thank you! I was actually looking for collaborative databases, where people actively add/learn stuff related to those issues, but it seems like it doesn’t exist yet. The reason why I asked this is because charities are still ultimately need to make profit and usually do not solve problems systemically/from the root of the issue.
