My guess is it will be hard to get someone to commit to keep replying to you if they get tired of interacting. The most likely cause for this working would be if you had some very novel and interesting take on a topic and someone else really wanted to get to the bottom of it, but I think one of the lessons from Ought’s research is that actually getting to the bottom of every branch of a debate can be very expensive.
