Develop a norm against long-term EA projects and long-term employment in EA
I’m a bit confused about what you’re saying. I think people in EA already switch jobs pretty often*. But often this is to other EA orgs. Are you saying that long-term employment in EA (in the sense of working in movement EA as opposed to gov’t or tech companies or something) should be discouraged?

Yeah, I mean long-term employment in movement EA as a whole, not in any particular org.
