Time-sensitive: I’m hoping to arrange this before June 30. Inspired by Mitchell Laughlinand Adam.Kruger’s donation swap post. Kudos to Claude for writing this.
I’m an Australian taxpayer hoping to donate ~AU$6,500 (~US$4,500 / £3,400 / €3,900) to the Effective Altruism Animal Welfare Fund (AWF), which isn’t tax-deductible in Australia.
I’m looking to swap with someone in a country where the AWF is deductible (e.g., US, UK, Netherlands) and who’s planning to donate a few thousand dollars to charities that are already tax deductible in Australia (all GiveWell-recommended charities).
We each donate to the other’s preferred charity but can both get the tax benefit.
