Nice! I’m confused as to how the budget is so low for a now-seven-person org—are most people working for very below-market salaries, or quite part-time, or how does this happen? At some orgs, this would be one person’s salary!

The main reason is that, while there are technically seven people at the organisation, many of them are part-time, so the number of FTEs is only around 5. In addition, I myself do not need a regular salary at all, and our compensation is in general on the moderate side, which further reduces the costs.
