I think its easy to underrate how much the moral compass of humanity can change over 75 years. And when it changes it can happen fast—thinking of civil rights movement and LGBTQ+ rights as well.
I think Alternative proteins could well become almost indistinguishable from meat, there will still need to be social/moral changes to encourage uptake, because people find it weird and unnatural. So mot sure how to weight on that front too.
