This would certainly be useful. You can frame it as changing the neutral time costs of different activities, but I don’t know if that’s helpful. Thanks Owen—the only insight I have is that it seems to be complicated re: baseline energy levels over a longer time frame—this might well be because I just don’t have a good model for what’s going on!! (Also partly related to attitude and social support/prestige for what you’re doing? Or it might be that I’m a particularly fickle individual!!)
