Currently, health security and global catastrophic biological risks (GBCRs) are not routinely integrated into the academic, research, and policy communities. The educational opportunities provided by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security enables individuals to enter the health security field and work to improve our preparedness for and in response to these potentially catastrophic public health emergencies and enhance community resilience.
The Johns Hopkins Master’s of Public Health is an 11-month program, and there is a Health Security Scholarship for this program offered by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security. From the scholarship page:
