I shared that I’m helping to raise funds for a ballot initiative earlier (it also includes approval voting), but some of you may be interested that this initiative has a component requiring disclosure for AI generation in campaign ads. This could be the first time AI usage is required to be disclosed by law. This could also lead the way for other AI protection laws.
