Say there was an organisation dedicated to tech development and support for any EA organisation.
It would be completely free of charge and run by people with extensive technical knowledge, helping you with things such as computer/software issues, fixing broken websites, convert data or write code, software expertise, improve website SEO, monitor/test websites for security, errors, usability etc.
You would just go to a website and open a ticket or send an email for whatever (urgent or long-term) issue you had, and someone would get in touch in the preferred way (video, chat, phone, email).
The only criteria would be that this organisation helps specifically EA organisations, using some sort of method to determine what falls within that definition.
Is this something you would find useful? Why/why not?
