(This is a minor thing, but I also didn’t love that the response rate/related concerns were introduced on page 20 [right?], since it’s standard practice—at least in my area—to include a response rate up front, if not in the abstract.) I wish I had more time to respond to the many reasonable points you’ve raised, and will try to come back to this in the next few days if I do have time, but I’ve written up a few thoughts here.
