It argues that EA growth is indeed slowing down (though EA has not stopped growing) and this could be mostly (but not fully) explained by the “high fidelity” model. In particular, I think the “high fidelity” model may have failed if we also see a plateau or decline in some metrics like career changes or donations made, which may happen soon (but hasn’t clearly happened yet).
