Good news, everyone! The newly formed EA Berlin University Group hosts its first informal meetup.
We’re a small student group centered around HU and TU asking ourselves the questions
How can we contribute to making the world a better place?
What field do I want to work in?
What are the most pressing problems right now?
If this sounds interesting to you, join us for meaningful discussions and meeting like-minded people!
It’s an opportunity for both long-standing and new members to get to know each other.
You’re also very welcome if you’re not a student, but are working at the university or involved with students otherwise. We’re especially looking for people with experience organizing student groups.
New people welcome 👋
We’re always happy to welcome new people, and we think this event is a great start to learn more about EA. If you’re new, we’re excited to introduce you to the community – just approach us at the event.
If you’d like to learn more about EA before attending the event, take a look at these resources to get a first impression: www.effectivealtruism.org (EA philosophy & community) www.80000hours.org (impactful careers)
