What do you think you/we could have done better? What should you/we have done differently? My sense is that the you were one of the key people who’s job it was to ensure what Sam was doing was above board (I could be mistaken here). If that’s the case, I’m surprised by a lack of discussion about what should have happened differently.
Likewise if there were no safeguards here, that seems startlingly naïve from us.
