(Postponed) Behaviour Change Workshop with Effective Self-Help

Join EA Edinburgh and Effective Self-Help for a practical workshop on maximising your success in changing your behaviours to improve your wellbeing and productivity.

The workshop will be led by the team from Effective Self-Help, beginning with a short talk on the lessons learnt from their research reviewing the best evidence available for successful habit formation.

Using a five-step framework of the most effective strategies for behaviour change, we will then break into small groups to make concrete plans for implementing a habit of choice. The session will conclude with a brief Q&A about habit formation and the opportunity to share and find solutions to particular difficulties you’ve found in changing your behaviour.
