Cross-functional projects: Lead high-priority initiatives that cut across functions, including new study launches, tooling rollouts, process improvements, and program buildouts
Study operations: Partner with researchers to operationalize in-person uplift studies, including recruitment and screening, participant communications, logistics, and day-of coordination
People and HR: Build and run essential people infrastructure, including onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, benefits administration, and hiring coordination
Finance: Own project-level budgeting and coordinate with external bookkeepers, accountants, and legal partners to keep operations accurate and on track
Internal systems: Build the workflows, documentation, knowledge management, and internal tooling that allow Active Site to scale, using AI and automation to reduce manual overhead and increase leverage
Key details:
Type: full-time
Compensation: $135,000 to $175,000 per year
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts
Work setup: primarily on-site, with five days per week in office during active in-person studies and greater hybrid flexibility outside study periods
