Very quickly cargo ships would be queuing up for days and even weeks as ports are not able to process their containers. From this perspective, the 1 to 2 days of navigation delay due to the loss of GPS becomes insignificant because it does not matter if a ship is a day late arriving at a port if it will need to queue for a week before being unloaded.
