I think I disagree or at least feel hesitant about some specific things, but overall I think this seems like a really useful framework, it provides a bunch of good specific ideas and tips, and it’s easy to work out concrete what you mean by each thing and how to apply these ideas (particularly due to the “Examples:” and “On track?” sub-sections). And I’ve already sent a link to the “Political and bureaucratic aptitudes” section to someone I spoke to recently who I think would find it useful.
