I think I disagree or at least feel hesitant about some specific things, but overall I think this seems like a really useful framework, it provides a bunch of good specific ideas and tips, and itās easy to work out concrete what you mean by each thing and how to apply these ideas (particularly due to the āExamples:ā and āOn track?ā sub-sections). And Iāve already sent a link to the āPolitical and bureaucratic aptitudesā section to someone I spoke to recently who I think would find it useful.
