Prepare to be offended! This is an irreverent take down of the AI doomer view of the world. I do love all you doomers but my way of showing it is to be mean to you.
I see that you are a new user, so I should let you know that this attitude of being mean and offending people does not fit well with (what I perceive to be) forum norms.
This is obviously leaving aside the MASSIVE issue that computers don’t ‘want’ anything.
I think you should at the very least acknowledge that this is far from obvious, instead of asserting it without clear arguments. I stopped reading after this, because in my opinion it shows a poor understanding of the doomer position you are trying to argue against.
The idea that inanimate computers have emotions and desires is an extraordinary belief that requires extraordinary proof. The burden of proof is not on me.
