EA Netherlands is commissioning a Qualitative Impact Protocol (QuIP) evaluation to understand how our programmes influence participants’ career decisions, donations, and broader EA engagement. We’ve set aside some budget.
We’re looking for evaluators with QuIP experience who can help us understand:
What impact pathways exist for different types of participants
How much we can attribute observed changes to our programmes vs other factors
Timeline for impacts to materialise
If you’ve worked with good evaluation consultants (particularly for behaviour change programmes), or have done QuIP studies yourself, we would love recommendations. We’re open to academic partnerships, independent consultants, or established firms.
