I am wondering if one should take the chance to let someone or some other group reach to the same insight or immediately bring it to the attention of others. Also, whom she should inform?
Encountered an insight??? If the insight is not theirs, then I wouldn’t, as that’s just un-ethical and might land you in some hot water. And what did you mean by share it with the whole world? Just give the IP away anonymously? even that is still tricky as no one would want to touch it as it may trigger something down the road if shiz hit the fan or something. Maybe I’m just not understanding the context of your question… if so, I appologize and plz ignore my comment.
