I notice you assume founding animal parties is only worth doing in countries where no party currently exists.
But many animal parties are not very effective, being driven by old-fashioned animal rights activism, without much reflectivity a sound strategy. So there might be a case for founding one in countries where they already exist, if the already-existing party isn’t achieving much.
