Crowd-sourcing AI workflows
Hello! As per the title I’d like to crowd-source good AI workflows. I briefly searched the Forum for posts like this, but didn’t find them. (Happy to be pointed to one if I’ve missed it.)
For example, @alex lawsen has some great posts like this one laying out his workflow.
For my part, my current favorite workflow involves using the recording app on my Android to speak my thoughts for twenty minutes (including leaving small notes to the AI about what to delete or restructure, where to insert examples, etc.), then asking the recording app to convert the recording to a Google Docs transcript, then uploading the transcript to Claude, describing the content of the transcript and its current status, and asking it (him?) to compress the transcript into a tight 800-word blog post aimed at such and such an audience.
This gets me outputs like this one and this one.
I also like writing quickly and chaotically about an area I have minimal expertise in and then asking Claude to critique it, and then self-critique that critique and respond to my replies.
Would love to hear what AI workflows have improved or scaled other Forum users’ outputs.
Can I ask what app you are using for recording speech? :)
It’s a Google app called Recorder, and I believe it’s a native Android app.
Though contra Rebecca I have not used my AI workflow on my quick takes, must just have that silvery Bing voice 😊
