I think I would want to get clear first on whether (1) there are good such opportunities (i.e., ones that are tractable, neglected, etc), and (2) funding is a barrier to implementing/growing them. I sort of suspect that the changes that would most make things better for women are structural (e.g., getting clearer policies around sexual harassment on the books), and that lack of funding is not the primary barrier to implementing them, but I haven’t thought about this enough to be confident in that, and others might disagree.
