The other two articles are actually about differences in performance between people. Potentially that should have its own tag. But it’s also possible that that is too small a topic to warrant that.

My sense is that discussion of variation in performance across people is mostly of interest insofar as it bears on the question of distribution of cost-effectiveness, so I’d be tempted to use the distribution of cost-effectiveness tag for those articles, rather than create a dedicated entry.
