Weirdly enough, I also copied those alt text to this post, but they don’t seem to be rendering in the post itself.
Images are embedded with markdown code: ”! [alt text] (link_to_image.png)” (no spaces). I don’t know if that’s sufficient for screen readers.
It seems it is a bug on the forum software. I’ve made a PR fixing it.
