I could appreciate that first impression, but this really doesn’t seem that dramatic to me. The new “teams” only started in the last year or so, so there was bound to be some turnover as people tried things. The Long Term and Meta Funds both only had one person leave (of 5 in each case). The Animal Welfare fund is changing, but really just because a new one has started, which seems like a healthy thing (people have more choices now.)
