I would like to add “be a high quality doctor to high impact people” to this list. 80,000 Hours is wrong, genuinely good doctors are extremely scarce and have high counterfactual impact. I know multiple high impact people bottlenecked by medical issues, and their treatment is bottlenecked on finding a halfway decent doctor.
Most examples are private, but one very public example I can point to is Jeff Kaufmann’s RSI issues. These are clearly rate-limiting for him, treatment has eaten up a lot of time, and he’s in pain which will further impair productivity.
