Beyond that you just have to care about the goal more than securing complete stability.
This is very good advice and I think I need to change the mindset and focus more on the goal.
And I would emphasise on the fear of rejection in particular, as most ambitious tasks require networking with other people a lot. As a founder your primary role is being able to attract other people and selling them into doing things you want done. This typically involves a lot of rejection.
That’s a great observation that I hadn’t heard before. Really with networking being so important it makes sense that one would have to go the extra mile to effectively manage rejection.
