Hi everyone! I’m Caitlin, and I’m a freelance instructional designer. That means I identify needs/​bottlenecks and try to solve them by designing courses and other educational materials.

I studied Music Education and German Literature in Michigan/​Berlin, and founded a music, theatre and dance school in Tangier, Morocco two years ago.

I’m interested in:

-- how instructional design can be used to educate people on a large scale,
-- identifying systems that can be improved/​made more efficient, and—
seemingly crazy/​neglected ideas.
-- I also grew up on a farm and am an amateur opera singer.
