Hi, Chris. Thanks for your question. We’re giving that possibility serious consideration and may release the content more broadly in the (potentially near) future. If we do, we will be sure to let the EA community know via the Forum and other channels. Though not nearly as robust as the full content, for the time being, please feel free to refer to the FAQ section of the IAP page on our website for an overview of each of the program’s core 6 weeks: https://www.highimpactprofessionals.org/impact-accelerator-program.

Hi Anjay, thanks for the shoutout and we at HIP couldn’t agree more that EA workplace and professional groups are important: that is why we are putting such a focus on them in our organization.
If anyone is interested in starting a group at their organization or for their industry, please pm us here. Also, we are going to publish a current list of workplace and professional groups on our site and in the forum some time next week, so look out for that if you are a professional looking to join a group.
Yes! This is the right answer. We have a question about this on the sign up form and plan on forwarding those interested to the EA good governance project.
Hey Sarah,
Great question. Short answer is we don’t know as we haven’t gotten feedback loops on it.We proactively shared the list of candidates with many organizations who were interested and also added the list of candidates to our talent directory so there is still the potential for further matches, but without the feedback loops it is hard to be more concrete.
We will do a broader survey to organizations and to sign ups later in the year to see how many matches were facilited but it is quite costly to do so so we’ve prioritized getting new features out.
Hope this is helpful.
Hi John, thanks for your comment. Yes, there are indeed many more groups that this, both in the private and public sectors. We only presented here the top 30 orgs according to number of EAs.
We are going to publish a list of all workplace and professional groups on our website soon and will post in the forum when we do.
Since this has generated so much interested it is worth noting that the Center for Reducing Suffering is hiring for a Communications Director, so if you are knowledgable about s-risks do check out the job description.
