Delighted to see there’s new cartoons, I still think fondly of the original ones. Very happy to hear that the book will be published and will (hopefully) reach even more people!
This is a genuinely good example of how well the 80,000 Hours job board is structured from a UX/​UI standpoint, and as other commenters have mentioned… this is actually a really good bird directory?

Replying because I could have sworn someone somewhere in EA mentioned free/​cheap (?) flights for NGOs for this kind of thing; I think the example they gave was collaborating with documentary filmmakers to get shots from the air (possibly rainforests, in view of environmental issues?) I mention this because I can’t find the details, but maybe someone else has heard of this?

Polish speakers use ‘cholera’ (the illness) as an expletive, so I love to see ‘shistosomiasis’ joining this category, rolls right off the tongue too! I love this concept and look forward to toying around with tesseract sliders while I play 5D Chess with Multiverse Time Travel, thanks Toby!
