  2. What are the current challenges in the projects Claire is handling that a Chief of Staff would take ownership of?

  3. What signals do you look for in a candidate to determine their conscientiousness?

  4. What are some underrated skills that would make for an ideal Chief of Staff (specifically for this team, and for OP)?

  5. What tools are currently being utilized to support this role? Is there a particular suite of technology being considered to lead the work more effectively?

  3. What systems does Ajeya currently utilize to manage time, tasks, and energy? What are the primary challenges or roadblocks she’s encountering, and where are the major inefficiencies?
