Most obviously, there are close to no pools of candidates outside of the AI safety community that have experience in fieldbuilding. The closest thing I can think of are EA community builders
close to no pools=meaning “no pools” or “there are some pools but all the fieldbuilders there are unimportable? would you recommend field building for people new to the field and without prior experience building capacity in other fields? if so, how can they do this?
