Project Manager NYC Impact Hub

Impact Ops, in collaboration with several stakeholders, is looking for a hands-on and entrepreneurial Project Manager to establish a co-working hub in New York City. This hub will serve as a physical space for collaboration and community-building, bringing together individuals and organizations working on important global challenges.

The hub will focus on organizations and individuals working in related areas like global health, animal welfare, effective altruism and AI safety. It will provide a co-working space to strengthen connections, share ideas, and host impactful events.

While initial seed funding is available to kickstart the project, a key responsibility of this role is to develop and implement a sustainable funding model for the project. This will involve securing ongoing support for the hub’s operational costs as well as identifying anchor tenants.

This is a time-limited role (approximately 6-12 months) with the goal of laying the groundwork for the hub’s creation. Key responsibilities include scoping the project, identifying anchor tenants, applying for funding, and developing a sustainable business model. If successful, there may be opportunities for the role to evolve into a longer-term position managing the hub. Apply here!
