I feel like I might be missing something obvious, but under the “other influences on giving” section, are there really 514 researchers that filled out the survey?
The people who selected ‘research’ were disproportionately students compared to the other categories. Excluding all students across categories, 251 people selected research, and median income and donations were still significantly lower.
