This seems to be a somewhat effective use of NLP. The bot assembled content from other comments into a paragraph and also inserted its own text, pretty coherently.
(This functionality seems consistent with a fine tuned GPT-2 “Curie” model or a fine tuned GPT-J-6B model by Eleuther. It could also be achieved with simpler NLP methods.)
