I’m just using “deep uncertainty” to refer to a theme of situations where there are challenges about how you get going. I’m not thinking of it as a crisp referent.
I guess that complex cluelessness would be a subclass of cases of deep uncertainty in my ontology, but I also mean to include e.g. normative uncertainty; Knightian uncertainty; heuristics for estimating probabilities when you don’t really know where to start.
What’s the difference between deep uncertainty and (complex) cluelessness?
