Strictly speaking, a lot of the examples are outputs or outcomes, not impacts, and some readers may not like that. It could be good to make that more explicit at the top.

If I define impact as change and outcome as a result, then isn’t every occurrence of an impact an outcome? Are you defining those words differently?
$X donated to Y is an outcome, but not a real impact in a moral sense until Y does things that benefit moral patients in some way or another.
