Not regular meditation, but confidence practice in particular (like loving-kindness meditation, but instead of bringing up feelings of loving-kindness, bringing up feelings of confidence).
It was after doing it for an hour a day for ~3 weeks in a very particular way. If it was just 10 minutes a week from the start I doubt it would have an effect.
